# CabinPals

> CabinPals is a shared cabin and vacation home management app for families and friends who co-own or share a home. It gives the group one calendar for stays, a task list with owners and due dates, an inventory with an automatic shopping list, a house page with rules and emergency contacts, and an AI concierge that summarizes what needs attention. It works in any phone or laptop browser. Plans start free; paid plans are billed monthly in US dollars from $1.99 per month.

CabinPals is built for shared homes run by their owners, such as family cabins, lake houses, ski chalets, summer cottages and friend owned retreats. It is not a booking engine for hotel style short term rentals.

## Plans (monthly billing, US dollars)

- Lite: free. 1 property, your own calendar, house page, calendar import.
- Lite Plus: $1.99 per month. 1 property, up to 5 members including the owner, calendar sharing and subscriptions, Simple interface.
- Shared: $9.99 per month. Up to 6 properties, unlimited members, Advanced interface with tasks, inventory and shopping list, local guide, service providers, AI concierge, email and WhatsApp reminders. Lite accounts can start a 14 day trial from Settings.
- Portfolio: $149.90 per month. Up to 15 properties, everything in Shared, extra properties for $7.50 each per month.

Invited members never pay; the property owner's plan covers them.
